RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

By ordering art you agree to the rules contained in the TOS
I reserve the right to share my artwork on social media. Inform me if you do not want your commission to be public while ordering.
Tag my artwork in case of sharing. The author must always be credited in every medium the art is reproduced.
The art is for personal use only, if comercial use licence is needed, aditional charges must be negotiated.
Art will be delivered to the client in PNG 2876 x 3113 with 300 dpi resolution. If the client needs a special format, size or resolution, it must be detailed before the beginning of the production.
The client must provide clear full refences, descriptions and details wanted on the artwork. Whatever specifics not detailed will be left to the artist creativity.
I reserve the right to refuse making an order if the person is offensive or the behavior of them is unpleasant for me

Payment will be 100% upfront for first time clients, and 50% deposit before the beginning of the production and 50% at the time of delivery for returning customers.
Payment for international orders will be via paypal to [email protected]
No refunds will be made after the art work starts.
If you want to change your order and/or price of it let me know first with announcing any changes before payment

Waiting time begins from the moment I inform you I'm ready to start working on your piece, not from the moment of payment.
Production tipically takes 5 to 10 days and will start after all references and descriptions are provided and payment or deposit is recieved.
In case of a queue of requests I'll apply a first come, first served basis.
I will contact you about any delays.
Detailed workflow: Once conditions have been agreed and the order is placed, I´ll do a clean sketch based on the references and descriptions provided by you. We can discuss any changes you´d like to make at this time. Two revisions will be allowed in this stage. After the client´s approval of the first sketch, I´ll do the definitive line art and base colors and present the piece again. You can make tiny revisions at this time (eye, hair or choth colors). Up to two reviews are allowed at this phase. If the client is satisfied, I´ll continue with the shadows, highlights and finishing touches. The final piece is delivered!
Revisions are only available during the sketch and lineart stages.
If more revisions are requested, and extra fee will be considered depending on the complexity of the changes, and time delivery delay may occur.
Times detailed are estimated for a single character.
